  • Associate Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and integrating user-friendly experiences into our frontend applications. Developing secure and high-performing backend applications.
  • Creating and improving solutions to address business requirements.
  • Supporting and enhancing existing Engineering IT frontend and backend solutions.
  • Contributing to the refinement of our reference architecture framework to accommodate company growth and scalability.
  • Generating proactive monitoring metrics to anticipate future system demands.
  • Monitoring website performance and addressing usability issues to maintain traffic levels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers to gather feedback.
  • Collaborating with the development team to plan future website upgrades based on the software roadmap.
  • Implementing strategies to minimize service outages and mitigate their impact on business operations. Engaging and coordinating with various peer groups to ensure software compliance with internal standards, including enterprise architects, security, network, and storage teams.
