  • Generate business requirements to guide future state design, while assisting teams in understanding the requirements and their alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements. Ensure alignment with key strategic principles and translation from business operations. objectives, or external requirements.
  • Engage with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to gather and document functional and non-functional needs.
