Key Responsibilities of Support Specialist (Social Media) 

  • Providing our users with an outstanding customer experience. Our mission is to make Revolut users feel secure while using our service.
  • Collaborating with other teams internationally to tackle any customer’s issues.
  • Monitoring and moderating the Revolut community page.
  • Publicly representing the company in front of hundreds of thousands of users.
  • Interacting with users via direct messages and assisting them with issues they stumble upon (retail and business products).
  • Multi-tasking between social media platforms.

Required Skills

  • Flawless English Language.
  • Native or fluent Hindi Language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex issues easily and understandably.
  • Strong writing skills, great numeracy and IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player.
